Entrepreneurs can find inspiration in almost anything – be it a film, book, real-life experiences or even an advertisement film.

A new commercial by Titan shows an interesting interaction between a start-up owner and his former boss. Through their exchange, its evident that the younger man had previously quit his ‘safe’ job to launch a start-up and pursue his passion. Interestingly his former boss had supported his decision to take the entrepreneurial jump and had deemed this the ‘best decision’ he would ever make. The now successful young entrepreneur gingerly broaches the subject that he is looking for a CEO for his company. The older man advises him once again to not hesitate but candidly put forth the proposal to the person of his choice for this post. The young man grasps this opening with both hands and states: You are the guy for the job, sir! He then goes on to pull out an envelope from his jacket, which is obviously an offer letter. The two exchange a glance of warmth and perfect understanding.

The advertisement touches a chord because many of us have passions and dreams tucked away in our heart and this beautiful film encourages us to be fearless and embrace our aspirations. We often wait for the ‘right’ time to follow our dreams, but unfortunately, the time never seems quite right.
